A size 0 diaper is shown on a newborn below. Notice that the middle is snapped down away from the healing umbilical stump. Size 0 will fit, on average, around 3-4 months, size 1 is likely to begin to fit long before that time. You'll see a size 0 at its largest setting on a four-month-old below, right.

This diaper is designed to sit low, under the belly, so the rise is short compared to other diapers. If you have a very long tall baby, size 0 still fits great, but you may need a diaper with a taller rise in the larger sizes. If you have a baby with a big belly, these make a wonderful fit.
