Shipping
Most orders are shipped Monday through Friday via USPS Priority Mail and arrive within 3 business days of ship date. Those of you in Florida or the Southeast are likely to get your order as early as 2 days from the date of shipment. We strive to ship as quickly as possible – usually within 4-5 business days. We do not ship internationally.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charged is actual priority mail shipping cost, based on the weight of your package and your location. It is automatically calculated during your checkout from the USPS website.

Special Orders
We are happy to special order any product from companies we carry which are not normally stocked in our store. We do not charge extra for special orders. Please note while you can return a special order for exchange or store credit, there are no refunds on special orders. You cannot use your test drive set credit for special orders.
Return Policy
You may return any unwanted items for an exchange, refund, or credit (less shipping) with in 90 days of purchase. We have no “restocking fee”. In fact, since we understand that it is difficult to make a decision on something that you can only see online, we encourage you to order anything you’d like to see in person and touch, and simply return what you don’t want to keep. All returns must be in unused, unwashed, resellable condition (may we suggest trying them on over a disposable diaper). For this reason we suggest that you try one diaper before washing them all. Customer is responsible for return postage. Please note special orders can be returned for credit or exchange, but there are no refunds.
Defective merchandise and incorrect orders may be returned or exchanged within 90 days after purchase, and Sunshine Diapers will refund shipping costs. Remember that Kissaluvs diapers have a lifetime snap guarantee, and can be returned directly to the Kissaluvs company for replacement any time after your purchase, no time limit.

Using Gift Certificates
The most common error in using a gift certificate code is applying it to your account but not applying it to your order. It is a two-step process. If it doesn’t seem to be taking the amount out of your total, look for the space in which you type in how much of your credit you would like to apply to your order. Read on for more help:

Using your code at checkout
You will use your code on the page that says “Step 2 of 3 – Payment Information”. Just below payment information is where you will enter your gift certificate code. Be certain to enter it in “gift certificates”, the second box, rather than “discount codes”. Then you will submit your order using the “continue” button at the bottom of the page. The same page will then reload, and you will notice that to the right of the words “gift certificates” is a choice to “apply balance”, with your available gift certificate amount shown. You may receive an error after hitting “continue checkout” stating that you have entered an incorrect credit card number. This is OK. Note right above this error should be the amount of gift certificate you redeemed. Put the amount in the box that you want to use from your certificate. For most people it is the whole amount. If your total is less, put your total in the box. The remaining amount will be there when you return to shop another day – it will not expire (remember the login and password to your account!). You will then choose your payment method and enter your credit card information. Then hit continue.
Using more than one code
You will use your codes on the page that says “Step 2 of 3 – Payment Information”. Just below payment information is where you will enter your gift certificate code. Be certain to enter it in “gift certificates”, the second box, rather than “discount codes”. Then you will submit your order using the “continue” button at the bottom of the page. The same page will then reload, and you will notice that to the right of the words “gift certificates” is a choice to “apply balance”, with your available gift certificate amount shown. You may receive an error after hitting “continue checkout” stating that you have entered an incorrect credit card number. This is OK. Note right above this error should be the amount of gift certificate you redeemed. Now do it all again with your second gift certificate code. (Again, noting the gift certificate amount redeemed above the credit card incorrect error) The same page will reload yet again, and you should see the combined amount of your certificates listed. Do this for each gift certificate you have. Once you are done, then you can enter your payment method and your card number and FILL IN THE BALANCE YOU WANT TO USE – all of it if the total of your order is greater than the certificate amount, or just enter your total order amount if your gift certificates are greater. Hit “continue” one last time and continue with your order.
