Letter from Charlie’s Soap regarding recent shipments

A letter from the President of Charlie’s Soap was recently sent out regarding the “soap bricks” that some of you may have been shipped. He informed us that the summer humidity and the new cloth bags did not go over too well and that they are working on the problem. As a matter of fact it may have been cleared up as we write this and bags shipping now should not arrive to you in bricks. However, if it does arrive to you all caked together, or becomes like a brick and is un scoopable here is what they recommend:

“So here’s the scoop…pun intended, sorry. If you can break up the Powder you may have in the old bag, it will still work just as fine, even if the consistency isn’t quite nice. If you have a completely solid brick that you can’t work with, let us know and we’ll get you another one.
